ZIPSATRADING ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY.

Kindly note that Due to 99% of our Capitol Equipment manufacture being strictly custom design to suite a specific area or manufactured to client requested sizes and specifications etc.

Once orders are placed and deposits are paid, possible parts are purchased and manufacture is started, Order cancellations are not accepted.

Under certain circumstances, ZIPSA will look at cancellations should we have buyers for the custom designed equipment and purely at ZIPSATRADING management discretion only.
